- Door-to-Door Pickup: Our valet will come directly to your door to collect your trash, eliminating the hassle of trips to the dumpster or curbside.
- Scheduled Pickups: Morning pickup 9AM or evening pickup 7 PM Monday - Friday .
- Professional Handling: Our trained valets handle your trash with care and ensure proper disposal.

- What's Provided: Upon request from the property manager Bin Man, LLC will provide either kitchen trash cans or rubber floor mats for each unit.
Addition Services:
- We offer power washing services, parking lots, dumpster areas, decks, ect.
- Once per month large item pickup and disposal. One day a month we can come with a trailer and haul large items to the dump.
- Apartment clean out, we can load up and haul off the contents left behind. This allows for faster turn around to allow your maintenance and cleaning crew into the apartment.
